The Presidio Conference Room on the 4th floor is a large, glass-enclosed conference room with a large 65 inch TV and whiteboard available for use. It can accommodate up to 12 people and conference room guests have access to standard amenities like high-speed WiFi, bicycle storage, unlimited filtered & sparkling water, coffee, tea, EXO Roast cold brew, snacks, soundproof phone booths, kitchenette access and more. Other a la carte resources (such as printing) are coordinated on-site through the Community Manager. These conveniences allow you to stay focused on what’s important to your business; while letting COMMON take care of the details.
Jacome Conference Room
$20/hour or $155/day
Up to 8 people
Reserve this large 3rd floor conference room by the hour, and enjoy access to our COMMON perks like high-speed WiFi, unlimited tea & coffee, sparkling & filtered water, snacks, EXO Roast cold brew, private phone booths, bicycle storage and more! The Jacome Conference Room also features window shades for maximum privacy during sensitive meetings or events. These convenient features allow you to stay focused on what’s important to your business; while letting COMMON take care of the details.
This room can comfortably accommodate 6-10 people and access is hourly from 8 am – 4 pm. Use the 65″ tv in the room via Apple AirPlay or sketch out your ideas on the extra large whiteboard. B&W and Color printing is a la carte, please inquire at Reception for pricing. A minimal, refundable $100 deposit is collected at time of reservation.
Steinfeld Conference Room

The Steinfeld Conference Room on the 3rd floor is a cozy, collaborative space for up to 4 people to relax, discuss ideas, or dive into work. It has a 42 inch TV available for use and conference room guests have access to standard amenities like high-speed WiFi, bicycle storage, unlimited filtered & sparkling water, coffee, tea, EXO Roast cold brew, snacks, soundproof phone booths, kitchenette access and more. Other a la carte resources (such as printing) are coordinated on-site through the Community Manager.
